All three of our vehicles are manufactured by the Daimler-Chrysler Corporation....all the following links are live Yes....we are now the proud owners of 3 vehicles manufactured by the Chrysler Corporation. Daimler-Chrysler Corporation also owns Mercedes-Benz, Dodge, Jeep, Maybach, (which are priced between $350,000 and $550,000, but are " a dime a dozen" in the Fort Lauderdale - Miami Beach area....LOL) Smart, 37% of Mitsubishi and 10% of Hyundai. However, as of 2009, Fiat Group which owns the Fiat, Alfa-Romeo, Ferrari, Lancia, and Maserati brands, took control of Daimler-Chrysler They have discontinued the Plymouth and AMC brands. ....Not bad for a company that is currently in bankruptcy court after a $22 billion dollar bailout! In the past we have had great reliability, service and performance with the Chrysler name, and hopefully this will continue. We finally entered the new millennium in 2009, trading our 1997 and 1999 vehicles in and purchasing 3 vehicles, one for each of us and one for the business
In December 2009, I also purchased a Mercedes C-Class 240C 4 MATIC, but after 4 months found it to be too small and very uncomfortable for me, so in April 2010 I traded an even swap for the Chrysler Sebring. I also found that I hated German Engineering....they are really different than an American car.
