The Lucky Find III is fully equipped with a Raymarine Electronics Navigation Package.
All components are either networked together through Raymarine's Sea-Talk network,
Raymarine's High Speed Bus2, or NMEA 2000 protocols.
Beside the Raymarine Sea-Talk network, the boat also has full Internet Network access 24/7
via Verizon Cellular and Satellite Service.

Lower Helm Electronics
RL80CRC
The main component at this station is a Raymarine RL80CRC which is a 10.5" TFT color master radar / chartplotter. It also is set as the slave display for the ST-40 compass, the Raynav 300 GPS, the RL70 radar, and the depth-sounder.
The chartplotter uses C-Map NT+ chart cartridges.
ST40 Compass
Raymarine ST-40 Electronic Compass is used to provide headings throughout the Raymarine Sea-Talk network feeding it's data to all the other components of the network.
R70 Radar
Also mounted at the lower helm is a RayMarine RL70 monochrome master radar display. This unit is redundant to the RL80CRC, and is used primarily as a back-up or for night time navigation due to it's non-glare monochrome green lighting.
RD218 radome
Both radars use the Raymarine RD218 Radome scanner / antenna. This radome provides 24 NM of coverage in a 360 degree orientation.

Standard Horizon SL30 speed log.
The speed log and depth-sounder are redundant to the Raymarine instruments above.
The lower helm also has the control for the Navico Power Pilot PH8000 auto pilot.
Toshiba Satellite U505-S2002 laptop computer
In the main cabin is a Toshiba Satellite U505-S2002  laptop computer. It is used primarily for Internet and navigation. With over 2500 NOAA charts and a three suites of navigation software, the Toshiba is our primary use computer.

Fly Bridge Helm Station Electronics
L760 chartplotter / fishfinder
The main component at the fly bridge helm is a Raymarine L760. This unit is a 7.4" TFT color master chartplotter and fish-finder. It also acts as a slave to the radars from the RC80CRC and R70, the ST-40 compass and the Raymarine Raynav 300 GPS.
This chartplotter also uses C-Map NT+ cartography
Raynav 300 GPS

The Raymarine Raynav 300 GPS feeds it data through the network giving precise coordinates to the chart plotters. It also provides all standard GPS functions, such as SOG,  COG, headings, distances, waypoints, etc.

ICOM M59 VHF radio

The fly bridge helm station also has a Navico Power Pilot PH8000 autopilot, and a AM/FM/ cassette radio.

The GPS, and chart plotters work off of one Raystar 125 GPS sensor / antenna, and the depth-sounders and fish-finders work off of one Raymarine HSB plus in hull transducer connected to a DSM300 digital sounder module. The networking hub is a Raymarine "black box" distribution panel located in the engine room.

Also located in the engine room is a Heart Technologies Freedom 1500 inverter / charger (pictured above) operated by a Link 2000 remote mounted at the lower helm.

Gateway Netbook

On the flybridge deck, we use a Gateway LT-2016U Netbook computer with built-in Verizon 3G cellular Internet access.

Main software is Fugawi ENC Navigation 4.5.48
